Frequently Asked Questions Software Solutions

Q - I'm not technically minded and don't know exactly what I want, will you be able to help?

A - Yes. Our staff have a wealth of experience dealing with people who have never switched a computer on to IT professionals. We can explain the different options using terminology you can understand and we can walk you through every step of the process. We can even deliver training to your staff to use any software as required.

Q - Exactly what software can you provide?

A - Basically we can provide any software your business may require. Don't be afraid to ask - and we won't be afraid to tell you we can't do it if we can't!

Q - Will you be able to provide 24hr support for our software?

A - No, but we believe that any software written that requires 24hr support has either not been written well to start with or the users have not been given the right training.

Frequently Asked Questions Web Design

Q - Will you register our web site with any search engines?

A - Yes, if you take out the bronze or silver packages we will register your website with one of the top search engines for no additional charge. However, this doesn't guarantee that your page will appear in the search results. For more guaranteed results we can provide a registration service. See the Add-ons page for more details.

If you take out our gold package we will register your site once with several hundred search engines. This gives excellent search results but to keep your website constantly on the search engine list it will need to be re-registered. See the Add-ons page for more details.

Q - I have produced a layout for a web page using Microsoft Publisher but don't know what the next step is, can you help?
